The basics

Spowtr allows for anyone anywhere to upload their opinions on any subject they wish. Spowtr may not monitor all posts. All posts are the work of the user and published to meet format requirements but otherwise remains unedited. Spowtr takes no responsiblity for the content submitted by users. The content is credited to and owned by the user and does not represent the views of Spowtr. Spowtr posts (or spowts) can be viewed by any registered or unregistered user unless;

  • they are still in 'draft' mode
  • they are set to 'private'
  • the user who published them has been banned

The posting of spowts is only permitted once a user has registered and verified their email address.
